green smoothie x 2Bank holiday-school half-term and daughters birthday week mean that clean eating has been a challenge this week. This is NORMAL and after 20 years of exploring and living healthy I personally need a flexible approach.

So a Green Power Breakfast is one way I cope.

First; starting the day well is always a winner both physically, mentally and for our subtle energy body.

My Green Power Breakfast;

  • 1 small banana chopped
  • 1 small apple chopped
  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Greens balance
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Lettuce leaves
  • clean water

Apple Banana and cinnamon are a favourite taste combination of mine!

Cinnamon can help balance blood sugar levels and fight infections.

I use the green leaves as fibre to aid digestion and chlorophyll for blood. NB you can’t taste the green leaves!

Arbonne greens balance add’s even more green power in a handy powder form

I like a boost of Arbonne protein powder as this allows the smoothie to fuel me and balance my blood sugar levels for a good few hours. In the past I would often feel very hungry an hour or so after a smoothie.
