Note; Due to legislation coming in I cannot prescribe herbal tinctures (formulas) without seeing you for a consultation first. This can be seen as a positive move as the herbalist works best on a one to one, individual manner. This also makes safe practice.
Joanne Oliver Blossom Teas.
The following are teas that I hand make, using my energy vibration and healing intention. I use organic produce whenever possible (not all sourced herbs have an 'organic' badge as yet, and some are 'wild-crafted').Below I list each Tea followed by some information about each herb, for your interest. I have had great feedback from patients and other therapists that use the teas - I believe that although much weaker in actual chemicals, the body finds the teas easy to assimilate as they are more natural than tinctures and capsules.
Important advice - Do not take any of the teas if pregnant, breast feeding or on GP prescribed medications.
Rejuvenate
Do not use if pregnant or on GP medications.

I Like to enjoy this tea first thing in the morning, when I find it gives me a great 'lift' and 'sparkle'. In the same way I avoid this tea at the end of the day when I want to get a good nights rest. Allowed to cool and then added to juice, my daughter enjoys this tea to provide some natural nutrition especially during winter.
Nettles are high in many vitamins and mineral's especially Iron, silica and potassium. Used for centuries as a tonic, detox herb, female friend, and support for urinary tract issues such as water retention.
Wild Oats again nutritious containing high levels of protein, calcium, magnesium and vitamin B. Traditionally used for the nervous system, giving energy and relaxing. They are also said to aid the cardiovascular system and balance sugar levels.
Rosemary really helps the immune system being antseptic, antibacterial and anti-fungal. Rosemary is used as a tonic to the heart, brain and nervous systems. Rosemary is a well known powerful antioxidant, preventing damage from free radicals. Other uses include improving the function of the liver and gallbladder and relieving headaches and migraine.
Elder Flowers an ancient herbal remedy. Elder is said to work by stimulating the circulatory system and cleansing toxins out of the body. Also working on the kidneys Elder has been used to aid fluid retention, gout and arthritis. Centuries old remedy for winter time colds and flu, Elder is also pleasant tasting.
Peppermint leaf very well known taste of course! This herb was used for reducing fevers with irritability, unrest and insomnia. Other uses include helping with digestion, cystitis and gallbladder stagnation.
Harmony-Bud Tea
This is a lovely way to end the day, as we prepare to rest and repair during the evening. It also uplifts the spirits, bringing a feeling of peace to combat the stress of modern living. I enjoy this is the evening and again use for my daughter to prepare her for sleep. Have had great feedback from those who find it hard to relax at the end of the day. Do not combine with over-the-counter sleep medications.

Chamomile is a wonderful relaxant for the nervous system and aid for sleep. Also well known for the digestive system, as an antiseptic against colds and for candida conditions.
Lemon Balm another really well known and used medicinal herb. Said to help soothe the nerves and lift the spirits. Herbalists like this herb for balancing the cardiovascular system, PMT, allergies, digestive system and for migraine conditions.
Lime Blossom very pleasant tasting. Again used for centuries to relieve tension and anxiety, aid sleep, calm restlessness and reduce muscle tension. Another cardiovascular tonic loved by herbalists.
Elder Flowers - Another pleasant tasting herb that I love. An ancient remedy especially loved as a cure-all for the medicine chest - great for colds and flu.
Lavender Flowers possibly the most well known and loved herb! These replace the Rose petals I used initially. Lavender flowers are used to lift the spirits and allay nausea and are said to have a slight sedative quality. Lavender infusion is used for spasms, colic and neuralgia, internally as well as externally. May add a soft lavender colour to your tea!
