Getting Clear

March has taught me the power of getting clear on what we want.

I knew I wanted to expand my work, but perhaps like many of you, I hadn't really thought it all through.

So, although I started the month by spending a lot of time setting up a new clinic in Milton Keynes, by the end of the month I realised it wasn't going to work.

I had one of those intense learning curves!

The short version is that I now truly appreciate how much I do offer, and the quality of my work.

The biggest factor is that having my own clinic means it is tailored to my treatments and really inportant is that every I need is to hand.

About to launch my new Support resource

While I spent many hours soul searching the location on my clinic, in the background I have been very busy on my second website.

This website will provide extra support between treatments for my clients. This means any time you are struggling you can visit this site and either find the answer, inspiration or encouragement to help you succeed.

I have re-started my popular Jo's Blog, to give you insights into how I personally face my own life challenges. I have lot's of new techniques to share with you!

There is a Getting Started section to take new clients step by step through some of the key elements of healing themselves. (and as a reminder for those of us who should know better!)

One of the biggest comments I receive is how Inspired you feel at the end of your treatment. So I have a section where I share what inspires me that you can visit over and over again.

I have a new Recipe section so you can easily find what you need. Along with lot's of tips and hints on how to make your food work for you.

Many people comment that I work on a very deep level. Most of you find this fascinating. So I have a section Spiritual Medicine where I share my own inspired information and how I use it on a day to day basis. I used to run a very popular Spiritual Support Group. I hope this section will replace and allow me to help those seeking this type of support at a deeper level.

There will be much more, but I hope that gives you an idea of the depth of this new support that will be available as a gift to all my clients. Once you have been to see me for a second treatment you will be given the details of how to access this information.
