A series of workshops that introduce you to practical natural healing at home. Together they form a foundation of home healing that can lead to further learning. They may also be enjoyed as single workshops. As well as many remedies made from common foods you will also learn basic herbal and homeopathic remedies and information.

*Discuss easy preventative measures that support the body.
